If you need a Certificate of Accommodation (in addition to the contract), we will be happy to prepare it for you. This is a document with a notarized signature of the company's managing director, which is officially sent to the Department of Asylum and Migration Policy MV ČR.  The shipment confirmation is, of course, part of the document.

You will have two documents that have the same value of the original.

-  After your arrival, you fill in a registration form in our office and we will send all the information via the Ubyport app to the Asylum and Migration Policy Department of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic.  You dont have to report your place of residence to the police if you fullfill the registration obligation with the accommodation provider (by filling in and signing the registration form) . 

- The same applies if you continue to stay with us and just extend your contract - we will arrange this reporting and you do not have to do it by yourself.

- Citizens of 3rd countries already arrive with approved visa in the Czech Republic. Their extension is  in the charge of the Czech Ministry of the Interior, Department of Asylum and Migration Policy, Tuřanka 1554/115b, 627 00 Brno - Slatina.

If the foreigner is interested in applying for some type of residence in the Czech Republic (temporary residence of an EU citizen, later permanent residence) or if the EU citizen plans to stay in the Czech Republic for more than 3 months, it is necessary to apply to the Department of Asylum and Migration Policy of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, Tuřanka 1554/115b, 627 00 Brno - Slatina. There can the EU citizen apply for the relevant type of residence.
