Cozy 1-bedroom apartment near the large park Lužanky. This is the oldest and largest park in Brno, where you will feel like in the middle of nature away from the city. 

In the flat, you will find a microwave, fridge, two burner stove, a washing machine and above all a comfortable spacious double bed. The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is a elevator in the building.

Park Lužánky is just a short walk from the aparment. You can jog, play tennis, use the outdoor gym or just sit quietly with a coffee. The public transport stop is just a few minutes from the apartment.
